    Castillon inversa has green canes with very wide and bright orange stripes that really stand out. It seems to grow slightly faster and larger than Castillon and Allgold but is still a slow spreader for a running bamboo.

    Castillon is a stunning rare cultivar with colorful orange and green canes with variegated leaves. It is slower spreading then most running bamboos. The stripes on the canes are unusually wide and the leaves are striped occasionally with yellow and white. It does extremely well on the west coast. A must have for any serious bamboo collector.
