Moso is the largest temperate Bamboo on Earth. Magnificent forests are found in China, where this is the #1 commercially grown bamboo. It is grown widely for its new shoots prized as food and for it’s wood.  Moso is slow to reach timber size and proving to be hardier then first anticipated.  If you are patient and want massive size this is the one.
