Borinda utilis

Utilis is a mountain bamboo with small delicate leaves and culms that curve upwards with pendulous cascading foliage.  This native to Yunnan Province in China, grows at elevations of 9000 – 12000 feet.  Utilis is one of only a few hardy clumping bamboo's that is able to handle full sun.
