Borinda macclureana

Macclureana is another brand new bamboo for us and was collected from Tibet at an elevation close to 11000 feet.  It has amazing purplish culms with extremely large tropical leaves for a hardy clumper.  Grown in a protected spot this one could prove to be a real gem.
